TorreyCommerce Introduces the Gift Registry

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - November 15, 2008 -- TorreyCommerce now offers a gift registry on its websites. It allows anyone from engaged couples to college freshmen to save wishlists for friends and family to view. TorreyCommerce evaluated the registries of other leading retailers in putting together an easy-to-use system for consumers.

Each user creates an account to start and maintain a gift registry. Friends and family search by identifiers including the individual's last name to find and view the registry. The registry lists each product the user has added, its price, the quantity desired, the quantity others have already ordered, and the option to add any quantity to cart.
