Image Action Tags Help Drive Sales
SAN DIEGO, Calif. - July 17, 2009 - TorreyCommerce has just Beta released an exciting new feature called Image Action Tags. This feature works similar to image tags on Facebook. It gives you the flexibility to "tag" an image with a product name, for example, if you have an image of a bedding collection that include a comforter, sheets, shams, decorative pillows, window treatments, and a desk lamp accessory, and you sell all of those items on the site, you can label/tag each item in that one photo. Same applies to clothing or any category for that matter, for example...you have an image that features a top, bottom, and accessories...each can be tagged in the same image.
Not only do Image Action Tags help customers identify elements within an image, but also, they allow customers to add specific items to the cart directly from the image. Essentially, this new functionality makes it easier for customers to identify items in images, helps drive sales and increases SEO. We are incredibly excited and hope you will join us!
